Trump’s Pardon Racket: How Pedophiles Became a Protected Class
Andrew Paul Johnson, a 44-year-old single father, climbed through a broken window of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
He pleaded guilty to violently entering the building and, like more than 1,600 others who participated in the riot that day, he was pardoned by Donald Trump in January 2025.
The story usually ends here. A pardon, a clean slate. But for Johnson, the pardon was just the beginning. It was a license.
In October 2025, Johnson was arraigned in a Florida court on charges of molesting a child as young as 11 years old. The abuse allegations involve multiple incidents over an extended period, including touching the child’s genitals as they slept.
When the child’s mother discovered the abuse, Johnson didn’t just deny it. He allegedly tried to buy the child’s silence with a promise. He told the victim he was entitled to a $10 million payout as part of a “reparations” fund for January 6 defendants and that he would put them in his will.
LET THAT SINK IN.
A man pardoned for trying to overthrow the government allegedly used the promise of money—money he believed the government owed him for his crime—to silence a child he is accused of raping.
This is the system Donald Trump has built. One where loyalty is the only currency that matters, and a pardon is not an act of mercy, but an induction into a protected class of criminals who are immune from consequence.
For years, you have been told Trump and the MAGA movement represent “law and order.”
They chant it at rallies.
They print it on banners.
They scream it at protesters.
It is the central pillar of their political identity.
But look at what they do, not what they say.
They don’t enforce the law; they sell it to the highest bidder.
They don’t protect citizens; they protect their loyalists.
And they don’t punish criminals; they create them, pardon them, and then promise to pay them with your money.
YES. YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE GOING TO CRIMINALS.
Not any criminals, the worst fucking criminals!
Lawyers representing January 6 rioters have proposed establishing a compensation fund, and Trump has expressed support for the idea.
A provision inserted into a government funding bill would allow senators whose phone records were obtained during the January 6 investigation to sue the government for damages of $500,000 or more per violation.
At least eight Republican senators could seek payouts totaling millions of dollars under this provision.
They are rewarding the foot soldiers of an attempted insurrection, creating a private army of loyalists who know no crime is too heinous to be forgiven, as long as it is committed in the name of Trump.
This is happening everywhere.
Child Predators:
Johnson is not an anomaly. David Daniel, another pardoned January 6 rioter, was charged with producing and possessing child abuse materials after the riot.
Dillon Herrington, also pardoned, is in jail awaiting trial for first-degree rape.
Even Trump’s own former spiritual adviser was arrested for being a pedophile.
The right-wing media outlet Gateway Pundit, which has been granted credentials to the Pentagon press corps, ran sympathetic profiles on these men, raising money for them and painting them as victims.
Human Traffickers:
When the infamous Andrew and Tristan Tate, under investigation for a litany of crimes including human trafficking, entered the country, the Trump administration bent over backwards to help them.
A Republican operative, Paul Ingrassia, who once admitted to having “a bit of a Nazi streak,” allegedly intervened to force Customs and Border Patrol to return the Tates’ confiscated electronic devices, claiming the “White House is demanding” it.
Pay-to-Play Elite:
For those who can afford it, a pardon is just a transaction. White-collar criminals who have committed fraud dozens of times over have their families make a pilgrimage to Mar-a-Lago, pay a fee, and walk away with a get-out-of-jail-free card.
Paul Walczak was pardoned weeks after his mother attended a $1 million per person dinner at Trump’s resort.
Untouchables:
Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted child sex trafficker, while not pardoned—yet—is being pampered. Rules were waived to move her to a low-security “Club Fed” prison where she does hot yoga, plays board games, and was reportedly given a puppy and assigned a personal servant.
This is the reward for her loyalty and silence.
Justice has been abandoned by the Trump administration. They have turned America into a protection racket for the worst of the worst at the expense of the American people.
When loyalty to one man matters more than the safety of children, you are not living in a democracy. You are living in a world where the law is weaponized against the powerless and a shield for the loyal and powerful.
You should be angry.
You should be horrified.
This is not the America you want, where the law applies to everyone, and where children are protected.
They have sold their souls for power, traded your safety for their immunity.
But they cannot have your silence.
Do not look away.
Do not normalize this.
Call it what it is.
MAGA has become a criminal enterprise masquerading as a political movement.
When they scream “law and order,” remember they pardoned pedophiles.
When they talk about “patriots,” remember they attacked the Capitol.
They have shown you who they are.
Believe them.
Demand accountability.
Speak up. Organize. Protest. Fight Back.
Claim America back from these traitors. And never let them tell you that pardoning pedophiles is “law and order.”
